Program Administration- On Line Reporting
In addition to the pages and services available to the public through
www.refugeesinpa.org, a separate, restricted-access site is utilized by the PA Refugee Resettlement Program for program administration.
The program administration site includes forms for the on-line posting of client resumes and open job orders, announcements, meeting schedules and agendas.
In addition, the program administration site utilizes the power of database technology for on-line reporting. Subcontractors file reports via
www.refugeesinpa.org in respect to individual client intake and placement, and overall outcome statistics. Data received by DPW is stored in Microsoft® Access 2000 databases for compilation and analysis.
