Pennsylvania Implements New Refugee Cash Assistance and Refugee Medical Assistance Policies
Pursuant to Federal Regulations issued March 22, 2000, amending 45 CFR Parts 400 and 401, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare has implemented major changes in the administration of Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA), effective September 21, 2002.
